A graveside service for 91-year-old Joyce A. Nebel of Washington will be held Thursday, January 18th at 11a.m. at the Eicher Mennonite Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the Eicher Mennonite Church. The Beatty Peterseim Funeral Home is assisting the family.
