Two local boys wrestling teams traveled to Traer Saturday for the North Tama Red Hawk Invitational. The Mid-Prairie Golden Hawks had a fourth place team finish in the field of 12 with 119.5 points. West Marshall won the championship with 211.5. Top result for the Hawks was a quartet of third place finishes with Dalton Miller at 120lbs, Collin O’Rourke at 126, Quinn Callahan at 215lbs and Burke Berry at 285.

Sigourney-Keota was eighth with 111 points. SK had the lone individual area champion with Jake Moore claiming gold at 157lbs with a championship match pin over Blake Taylor of Hudson. Owen Menke finished runner-up at 190lbs and Brady Clark was third at 132.
