Join the Washington Public Library for the Photo Fest presentation tomorrow beginning at 9 am. KCII spoke with Adult Services Librarian Tammy Valentine to learn more about the event, “Also give them a chance to share what they do, as far as photography goes, their inspiration and their background. Because we hear a lot from others but not too often from an artist like a photographer.” This program is free and open to the public.
