Iowa restaurants are encouraged to enter the 15th annual Iowa’s Best Burger contest, sponsored by the Iowa Beef Industry Council and Iowa Cattlemen’s Association.

To be eligible for the contest, the burger that a restaurant chooses to showcase must be a 100% real beef patty served on a bun or bread product. Last year, Fairfield’s Fishback & Stephenson Cider House had its Smoke House Burger voted as one of the top-10 in the State.

Voting opened last Monday and will continue until 5 p.m. on Tuesday, March 12. This year’s top-10 list will be revealed on March 18 with an overall winner announced on May 1. For more information, or to get a restaurant included on the voting list, call 515-296-2305 or visit iabeef.org.
