On March 8th, the Washington Police Department arrested 24-year-old Benjamin Scott of Washington on the charges of violating pretrial release on the original charges of drug distribution to a person under 18, a Class B Felony, 3rd-degree sexual abuse, a Class C Felony, and possession of a controlled substance a serious misdemeanor. Scott is being held in the Washington County Jail on a $10,000 cash-only bond.
