On Friday, March 7th, the Washington Police Department served charges on 20-year-old Fernando Marcelino of Washington who was in custody. The offense was three counts of sexual abuse in the second degree, all Class B Felonies. According to court documents, Marcelino admitted to the e Department of Criminal Investigations of having a sexual relationship with a minor. Marcelino’s bond is set at $300,000 cash only, and his preliminary hearing is set for March 18th.
