A funeral service for 79-year-old William “Ed” E. Shepherd of Washington will be held Wednesday, March 27 at 11 a.m. at the Beatty Funeral Home in Washington. Visitation will be held Tuesday, March 26 from 1-7 p.m. at the Beatty Funeral Home in Washington, where the family will greet friends from 5-7 p.m. A general memorial fund has been established.
