The Goodwin Dining Center in Wellman would like to remind southeast Iowa residents of its daily meals, among other services and activities.

Mondays through Fridays, lunch is served at noon and is open for all ages. Meals are available for dine-in or carry-out within Wellman city limits. The cost is $8 per meal and reservations must be made by 9 a.m. the day of. Additionally, morning exercise groups are held each weekday at 9 a.m. and are followed by coffee.

The Goodwin Dining Center is also looking for volunteers to help with serving, cooking, delivering meals, and fundraising. Menus are available at the Dining Center, Wellman City Hall, Freeman Foods, the Post Office, The News, and the City of Wellman Facebook page.
