US Senator Chuck Grassley spoke with KCII News about the ongoing Pro-Palestinian protests taking place across the country, “First of all, this anti-semitism that’s connected with it, it’s just hard for me to stomach. The fact that people would say that you ought to kill Jews when history shows that six million were murdered by Hitler. And that we ought to be protecting them, instead of trying to do harm to them. Secondly, about sixty percent of the people involved aren’t even students. So what are they doing on student campuses? They’re radicalizing the students that otherwise may not be radicalized. And it seems to me, the students, if they don’t disperse when they are supposed to be dispersed, they obviously should be arrested. But they probably ought to be kicked out of the Universities.” More than 2,900 people have been arrested or detained on campuses across the country for engaging in the protests.
