Funeral services for 47-year-old James L. VanWinkle of Washington will be at 10:30a.m. Friday, June 21st at the United Methodist Church in Washington. Visiting hours begin at 2p.m. Thursday, June 20th at the Jones Eden Funeral Home in Washington with family present to receive friends from 5-7p.m. Interment will take place at Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. Memorials have been established for his children’s future education funds.
