But only the courts will make that determination. And I assume that it will go to court, probably the Supreme Court, and they can declare it unconstitutional or the fact that he doesn’t have the authority to do it. But we won’t know that until after the election. So even though he may not have the authority to do it, and I don’t think he does have that authority, it still will probably be a big political advantage to him. But I think that, really, it doesn’t help him.
