But I think that the decision is just another example of activist prosecutors weaponizing the judicial system to carry out their political vendettas. And I expect the case to be overturned on appeal.” Trump was convicted on 34 felony counts May 30th, in connection with a hush money scheme, and the presumptive Republican presidential nominee is set to be sentenced on July 11th.
