A memorial service celebrating the life of 80-year-old Barbara Ann Starr of Wayland will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, June 27 at Cottonwood United Methodist Church in rural Wayland. Burial will be held at a later date at Cottonwood Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Cottonwood United Methodist Church or Cottonwood Cemetery. Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield is assisting the family with arrangements.
