The KCII Big Red Radio was in Wayland for the Fourth of July celebrations on Thursday, as part of the Big Red Radio Summer Town Tour. We were on-air  live from Wayland from 8 to noon. Before the parade, people enjoyed the Lions Club breakfast.. After the parade, guests had the opportunity to have lunch put together by the WACO basketball teams. Firefighter water games were held for kids on Main Street. The festivities all lead up to the fireworks show at dusk, donated by the City of Wayland and displayed by Wayland firefighters.
