The Keota Eagles had their 2024 baseball season come to an end with a 5-0 loss to Moravia last night in the Class 1A District 11 semifinals. Moravia scoring once in the first inning would prove to be enough, but the Mohawks added four runs in the fourth for insurance and limited Keota to just two hits.

The Eagles finish the season with a record of 10-11. Keota will now be saying goodbye to five seniors, including Cole Kindred, Tanner Waterhouse, Evan Vittetoe, Chase Sieren and Aiden McGuire.
