Keota residents and guests are invited to the new Aquatic Center for a free swim on Thursday, July 11. The event is made possible by Grimm Real Estate & Insurance.

From 1-5 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. today, all are welcome to enjoy the facility’s pool and splashpad for open swim. Additional amenities include a diving board, basketball hoop, water cannons, and an AquaZip. This is the second free swim held at the Aquatic Center. Kalona Realty sponsored the first in early June. Grimm Real Estate & Insurance is based out of North English.

The Jacquelyn J. Singmaster Aquatic Center is located on the south end of Keota near the corner of East Park Avenue and South Fulton Street.
