A celebration of life for 45-year-old Rusty Van Voltenburg of Wellman will be at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, July 16 at the Marion Avenue Baptist Church in Washington. Burial will be in the Elm Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. on Monday, July 15 at the Powell Funeral Home in Wellman. A general memorial has been established.
