The Highland Huskies made some significant strides on the soccer pitch this past spring, equaling their win total from the previous six seasons combined. And, after a 5-10 campaign, four players earned all-conference accolades for Highland in the Southeast Iowa Super Conference.

That included midfielder Jared Diaz making the first team. The junior led the Huskies with 13 goals and four assists. Juniors Ayden Havel, Logan McFarland and Jaydee Macareno also earned honorable mentions after helping Highland win a pair of conference matches.
