One of the top players for Highland Huskies baseball is racking up the postseason honors. Junior William Dunbar has been named All-Southeast District in Class 1A by the Iowa High School Baseball Coaches Association. Dunbar is chosen as a second-team third baseman after he led Highland with a .373 batting average and 28 total hits.

The junior came up with eight doubles, one home run, 17 runs batted in and 18 runs scored while helping the Huskies win 11 games this season and finish second in the North division of the Southeast Iowa Super Conference, where he was selected as a first-team infielder.
