On August 7th at approximately 12:29 am, the Washington Police Department was notified of a subject with Washington County warrants at the Autumn Park apartments in Washington. They arrested 32-year-old Cody Stockstell of Washington on four Washington County warrants. Two charges are for domestic abuse assault, impeding airflow, and causing bodily injury, both Class D Felonies. False imprisonment, a serious misdemeanor. Violation of probation on domestic abuse assault second offense, a Class D Felony. Bond was set at $10,000 cash only. Stockstell is currently being held in the Washington County Jail.
