On Wednesday, August 21st, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a vehicle incident on Highway 218 and 160th St in Riverside. A vehicle driven by Tiffany Stephanie of Oshkosh, Wisconsin, struck a semi-trailer driven by Wesley Johnson of Coggon, Iowa, after driving over the median. Stephanie was cited for no insurance and charges are pending lab results. One driver was transported to the University of Iowa Hospital in Iowa City.
