Leaves and tree trimmings can be hauled to the Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) and Yard Waste Center (YWC) located at 1065 W. Buchanan St. The YWC is open Monday through Friday from 7 am to 4 pm. The following Saturday dates are available: Oct. 19 and 26. Nov. 2, 9, 16, 23 from 7 am to 10 am. There are two piles of yard waste. One pile is for tree branches and the other is for yard and garden waste. Please place yard waste in the appropriate pile if you are hauling it yourself. If you bring yard waste in plastic bags, please dump out the contents and take the bags with you. The YWC does not accept lumber or building materials of any type.
