When the Washington County Riverboat Foundation awarded PAWS & More Animal Shelter in Washington a grant of $2.4 million last Spring, it was the beginning of making their dream of building a new shelter for the community come true. They have been working on plans for the new building and they hope to break ground this coming Spring.
