On October 11th at approximately 10 p.m., the Washington Police Department received a call of a possible trespass at 603 West Adams Street in Washington. When officers arrived, they arrested 41-year-old Daniel Call Jr. of Columbus City for violation of probation on the original charge of second-degree criminal mischief, a Class D Felony. Older individual assault by impeding breathing, a Class D Felony. Call was transported to the Washington County Jail, where he is being held on a $8,000 cash-only bond.
