The KCII Big Red Radio was downtown Washington for Trick or Treat Around the Square on Thursday. We broadcasted spooky music from 4 to 6 pm while all of the ghosts and goblins get their candy from downtown retailers. Nearly thirty downtown businesses were set up outside their stores on the square, ready to hand out treats to all the participants.
