4-H members involved in the beef project area are encouraged to attend the free Beef Feed Workshop to be held on December 5th from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Dallmeyer Hall on the Washington County Fairgrounds. This workshop is hosted in partnership with the Washington County Cattlemen to support  their county fair Single Source Steer class. This will be an educational presentation and learning opportunity for all beef project members and their parents are encouraged to attend as well. The evening will be led by Craig Beinhart as the Kent Feeds Territory Sales Representative. This presentation allows 4-Hers to learn and set goals going into the start of their market beef projects this winter, and will also provide background for breeding heifer plans as well.  Participants must register by Dec 2nd.
