The Washington County Board of Supervisors heard an update on the Orchard Hill renovation project at their Tuesday meeting. Supervisor Marcus Fedler gave the update on the project including change orders, “Basically we talked and decided not to finish out the flooring in the mechanical room out there at Orchard Hill. Instead we are just going to finish the concrete that’s there, and that saves a little bit of money.” Other items in the change order included, the types of material that will be used for flooring, and some furniture modifications. There has been no mention of when the renovations will be completed and when all of the county offices that will be moving to Orchard Hill will be relocating. The original remodeling budget for the project is $3,402,505.
