At their Tuesday meeting, the Washington County Board of Supervisors heard from Washington County Ambulance Director Jordan Wright on the proposed compensation rates for employees, “So the only thing that has changed from the scale that I had when I came in was the how the years go and the levels. Level five was eleven plus years and you can see level four was nine to eleven. So the discretion was where in that eleven year do you move up to the next level, I just made it clear, twelve plus years so nothing overlapped. There was that change, the billing coder wage change, so if somebody wanted to come in and just do billing coding without an EMT, and then the EMT billing coder wage changed.” The Supervisors approved the compensation rates for the Washington County Ambulance Service employees.
