After over nine months of closures, Highway 92 between Ainsworth and Columbus Junction is now open. According to the Iowa Department of Transportation and the construction engineer managing the project, the road was opened to the public Thursday. Construction began in mid-March closing the highway between Ainsworth and County Road X17, and a detour was put in place.
