No student in the Lone Tree School District will be returning from the holiday break with a negative lunch account. Superintendent Tyler Hotz shared the Lone Tree School District is giving back to some of the families in the area as the school district has received donations over the past few school years and they are using the donated funds to make sure none of the school lunch balances are negative. In a statement, Hotz adds, “We do encourage all families to review their balances to make sure there are adequate funds in their child’s account before they return.” Students return to classes on Monday, January 6th.
