WACO High School is offering something adventurous this summer. The high school will be hosting a trip to Japan.
Organizer Sarah Smith shares that the school does something like this every two years. They will be leaving on June 9th and returning on the 17th. In the past, a WACO group has ventured to many other countries including Costa Rica, Belize, Dominican Republic, England, France, and Italy. Smith explains attendees will be traveling two full days and will have a full week of exploring Japan. They will have guided city tours of Nara, Kyoto and Tokyo traveling by bullet train visiting Mt. Fuji and of course eating traditional Japanese food.
The group of 23 includes students, teachers, and parents. The deadline to register is February 19th.
