Following the game, the Ravens will honor seniors Seth Ours, Bryce Bailey, Mason Helmuth and Mason Bender. Those four joined KCII Sports to talk about playing together and for Hillcrest

Bender said, “I think it’s super fun. We all grew up in the same community. We all know each other. I know that if I’m going to kick it to Seth (Ours), or Bryce (Bailey) from three, they’re going to knock it down. If I give it in to (Mason) Helmuth inside, he’s going to go up and score it.”

Ours continued, “I think it’s cool to look back at how our game’s have developed. How we have grown into other positions.”

Helmuth said, “On and off the court, the four of us, have more of a connection than any other team we play. Because we’re all good friends, and I think that helps on the court. We make sure we’re focused and locked in.”

Bailey added, “When you’re younger and you get to know everyone, and you’re playing in your age group, I feel like you look forward to your high school years and what playing together there will be like. We have been looking forward to this season with everyone!”

Tonight’s game starts at 6:30p.m. At Dwight Gingerich Court at Hillcrest Union.
