The Washington School Board will be considering changing classes to a four-day school week at their next meeting.

The meeting is open to the public for comment, each person that would like to speak will have three minutes to address the board. It is not a back and forth exchange, but the board will be open to hearing all comments that they are presented with. The survey that was sent to parents, students, and staff came back with mixed results. You can find a link to the survey results with this news story.

Also on the agenda will be the Lincoln Elementary Principal’s report on the school, and the Superintendent’s report on the district.

The meeting will be held in the High School Auditorium, and is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. It was originally scheduled to take place on February 12th, but was postponed due to winter weather.
