Funeral services for 83-year-old Richard L. Ulin will be at 10a.m. Thursday, April 17th at the United Methodist Church in Washington. Interment with military honors will follow at the Bethel Cemetery in rural Sigourney. Calling hours begin at 2p.m. Wednesday, April 16th at the Jones Eden Funeral Home in Washington, with family present to receive friends from 5-7p.m. A memorial has been established for the Washington Athletic Booster Club.
