The Washington Demons play their final home volleyball match tonight against Ft. Madison, and it is senior night.

Washington did drop the match to Keokuk last night 3-1, in Keokuk.

The Demons have 8.13 kills per set, and 18.07 digs per set this season.

The Bloodhounds have 8.07 kills per set, but their efficiency is a .082. They do have 2.45 aces per set and 13.13 digs per set.

Washington lost to Ft. Madison in five sets the first time they played.

Head coach Jeff Spenner says Ft. Madison is an aggressive hitting team, and that tonight’s emotions should run high.

“The seniors are looking forward to having a great night,” Spenner said. “The last match guaranteed at home depending on how we do with our tournament play, but hopefully we put together a great night and come away with the win.”

Washington and Ft. Madison serve off tonight at 7:30, with senior recognition between the JV and Varsity matches.
