A chance to see what the Southeast Iowa Art scene has to offer is this weekend. The 4th Annual Southeast Iowa Artists Studio Tour is this Saturday and Sunday covering Washington, Henry, Lee and Des Moines Counties. Here in Washington, six artists will be exhibiting their work at Blair House.
Two of those exhibitors Kathleen Almelien and Carol Ray share that having it in a central location makes it easier for people taking the tour.
Also in Washington County there will be a gathering place in Brighton and studios open in Washington and Kalona.
