All Dolled Up will have their first open house of the year to give girls the opportunity to find a free prom dress at the Washington High School located at 1111 South Avenue B in Washington, on Saturday, February 22nd from 1-3 p.m. Enter through the Performance Arts Center on the south side of the High School. All students are welcome regardless of their home district.
