The Washington Performing Arts and Events Center and the Washington Concert Association presents the Big Band Theory 14 celebrating John Kessell at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, December 28th. Masks are requested for the concert. Free-will donations are accepted and all money raised will go towards lighting projects in the auditorium.
