City of Wellman and the Wellman Chamber of Commerce are hosting their annual Trunk or Treat event Halloween Night from 6-8p.m. This event will be held from City Hall through the south end of Main Street. Enjoy trick or treating and a free hot dog meal. Wellman’s Citywide trick or treating will be held from 5-8p.m.
