The Washington Chamber of Commerce and Main Street Washington are hosting an event called Hocus Pocus in the Park October 16 from 6-9:30 p.m. at Central Park in Washington. The fun begins with a pumpkin giveaway and decorating contest, graveyard games, a costume contest, and candy bag giveaway at 6 p.m., and then the showing of the movie Hocus Pocus beginning at 7:30 p.m. The rain location for the event is the YMCA building.
