Juneteenth Freedom Week in Washington is June 12th through the 18th. Sunday, June 12th there will be a BBQ pot luck in central park. Meat and drink will be provided, bring a side dish or dessert. June 14th through the 17th the Washington Public Library will host events and exhibits. Thursday, June 16th at 6p.m. there will be performances on stage during the Farmer’s Market in Central Park and Saturday, June 18th there will be more activities on the Central Park bandstand from 6-10p.m. For more information about activities during the week visit the Washington For Justice Facebook page.
