The city of Sigourney and the Keokuk County Economic Development group are hosting the Lewis Memorial Fountain Festival Saturday, August 26th on the Sigourney square from 5-10p.m. Activities include a bags tournament, business booths, face painting, scavenger hunt, street dance, food and more.
