Louisa County Conservation and Friends of Port Louisa are hosting Migration Madness Saturday, March 12th from 9a.m. To noon at the Inlet Tubes at Port Louisa. Enjoy a morning outdoors exploring the world of bird migration along the Mississippi River Flyway. The auto tour route through the refuge will be open. This free program is open to all ages.
