Iowa State University Extension and Outreach offer Mental Health First Aid training (adult version) online from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.  April 22nd. Washington County residents are invited to join at no cost thanks to a partnership with the Washington County Mental Health Coalition.

This eight-hour training course gives people the tools to identify when someone might be struggling with a mental health or substance use problem and to connect them with appropriate support and resources when necessary.
