The annual Movement Mayhem Obstacle Course Race is coming to Marr Park in Ainsworth Saturday, August 20th. This is a 5k or 1 mile obstacle course race. Overall male and female winners will receive a prize and all participants are entered into a drawing for door prizes. Proceeds benefit Washington County Conservation trails including updates to the Kewash Nature Trail and creation of North Trail Ridge Loop in Kalona.
