The Washington Public Library presents a noon concert Thursday, August 5th featuring “The Tubador” Gary McCurdy and Kevin Flannery, a two year member of the Iowa All-State Band. Their show will include an eclectic program of jazz and classical music. The concert will be hosted on the second level of the library.
