Tuesday, December 31st, the Washington Public Library is hosting a Noon Year’s Eve party from 11AM to noon. This is a family friendly party counting down to the new year without having to stay up late. There will be music, crafts and treats with a balloon drop to ring in the new year. This is a free event and those under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
