The Ottumwa Regional Legacy Foundation is accepting applications for its Laboratory Control Health Career Scholarship. Eligible applications must live in Jefferson, Henry, or Keokuk County and enrolled in a state or nationally accredited program of study that focuses on an eligible health care field, maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.0 or higher and have at least 30 hours of college level course credit.
