The Washington Public Library presents the FriYAY Funday Cupcake Wars from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. December 10th in the Nicola Stoufer room. Each participant will create their own cupcake inspired by their favorite book, hobby, or wherever your imagination takes you. Registration is required. This program is open to grades K through 12th.The library will provide the cupcakes and frosting. Participants must bring their own toppings to create their cupcake.
