The Washington Public Library invites the public to join them at the Noon Year’s Eve-Eve party Thursday, December 30 from 11 a.m. to noon. It is a family friendly party counting down the new year without staying up late. Join for games, crafts, and a balloon drop to ring in the noon year. Registration is required. Take and make kits will also be available.
